Note: These Standard Terms apply to your use of this website and provide general definitions for our services. Specific project details, pricing, and legally binding liability limits are governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Quote signed during your onboarding.
1. Scope of Services
Modern Work Partners provides AV design, installation, and managed support services. Our goal is to ensure your conference rooms are "meeting-ready." We operate exclusively within our approved designs and technical standards.
2. Room Assurance Plans
Our Room Assurance tiers (Tier 1 and Tier 2) are managed support subscriptions. Unless otherwise specified in a signed MSA:
- Remote Support: Provided during standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM CST).
- Managed Warranty: We facilitate RMA processes with hardware manufacturers for clients on Tier 1 plans.
- Exclusions: Services do not cover hardware damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors (e.g., flooding).
3. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% uptime, Modern Work Partners is not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruptions resulting from hardware failures or meeting room downtime. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service period in question.

All content on this website, including text, custom graphics, and the "Our Process" framework, is the intellectual property of Modern Work Partners. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
